Making impossible entertainment, possible. With our corporate philosophy and to pursue our global strategy, the success in Asian region, that makes up more than half of the world's population with the huge potential, I believe is essential.

Our role is to maximize people’s abilities, uniqueness and creativity in building a future that is exciting and world changing. And I am excited to be leading approximately 100 employees in 6 key locations, Singapore, Beijing, Hong Kong, Taipei, Riyadh, and Tokyo, to make that happen.

Avex Asia has a proven track record of expanding a diverse array of entertainment ventures in Asia. Looking ahead, we will aspire to be a premier entertainment company representing Japan, not only exporting and importing captivating content to the Asian market and beyond, but growing local artists and entertainment culture for respective markets.

Company Overview

With the presence in six offices, Avex Asia’s businesses encompass event planning, production, management and licensing businesses leveraging various intellectual properties such as music, artists, characters, and anime. Each office is able to implement not only single-country initiatives but also cross-border by synergistically working together.

Avex Asia Pte. Ltd.

Established a decade ago with the ambition to expand Avex’s businesses throughout South East Asia. With leveraging various intellectual properties of avex's and beyond, licensing businesses with top brands in Asia have been developed as well as various activations successfully implemented including Pokémon Run Carnival in 2018, The Distant Worlds: music from FINAL FANTASY, etc. Avex Asia works as a hub for all the Avex Asia companies working closely with the Tokyo headquarter.

Avex China Inc.

While the music market was being developed and legitimated, avex launched its 100% subsidiary to deliver Japanese contents directly in China. Having signed a contract with powerful platforms such as NetEase, and bilibili, Avex China is now officially distributing music content to 90% of users across China. Avex China is also helping grow local C-Pop artists for the local market.

Avex Taiwan Inc.

Having launched as the oldest footprint of Avex in Asia, Avex Taiwan has engaged in artist management, music package production, and licensing sales, helping develop activities of local artists and functioning as a gateway to introduce various J-Pop catalogs to the Taiwanese market, now linking to Mainland China.

Avex Saudi Arabia LLC

Following the successful implementations of the futuristic fireworks entertainment "STAR ISLAND" held on the Founding Day in 2019 in Jeddah, and "Anime Village", an experiential that brought together popular Japanese anime content at the "Jeddah Season" event in 2022 and 2023, finally launched a hub office for the Middle East in Riyadh in 2023. It’s business includes event management and licensing operations with a wide range of intellectual properties.
