Personal Data Protection Policy

This policy applies to the Processing of your Personal Data by Avex Asia Pte. (“we”, “us,” and “our”) in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”).
In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of this Policy and the provisions of our Privacy Policy (https://avex.com/jp/en/public/privacy/), the provisions of this Policy shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

We will make a reasonable effort to ensure that personal data is accurate and complete. In case that there are any changes to your personal data or that the personal data we have about you is inaccurate, please contact us for the data to be updated.

We will cease to retain the documents containing personal data or remove the means by which the personal data can be associated with the individuals as soon as it is reasonable to assume that:

1. the purpose for which that personal data was collected is no longer being served by retention of the personal data; and
2. retention is no longer necessary for legal or business purposes.

We will not transfer your personal data to countries outside of Singapore unless you consent to for the transfer.
Your transferred personal date will be protected to a standard comparable to the protection under the PDPA.

You may at any time withdraw any consent given, or deemed to have been given under the PDPA, in respect of the collection, use or disclosure of personal data about the individual for any purpose. Upon receipt of a request for withdrawal, we will inform you of the likely consequences of withdrawing your consent.
